TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Contract
By booking a tour or any related service with ICL Tours and Travels (referred to hereafter as "ICL," "We," "Us," or "Our"), you (the "Client" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between the Client and ICL. The Client who makes the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all persons named in the booking. Services are deemed contracted and confirmed only upon written confirmation by ICL and receipt of the required payment.
Brochure's Validity
The information, pricing, and services detailed in our brochures, advertisements, and website listings are accurate at the time of publication. However, circumstances beyond our control (such as hotel closures, transport schedule changes, or regulatory updates) may require changes. ICL reserves the right to alter any service, price, or itinerary before or after the booking is confirmed. We will make every reasonable effort to notify the Client of any significant changes promptly.
Change in Itinerary
Changes by the Client
Any request by the Client for changes to a confirmed itinerary must be made in writing. ICL will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the changes, subject to availability and the policies of suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). The Client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the requested changes, including cancellation fees levied by third parties and ICL's administrative charges.
Changes by ICL
ICL reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary at any time due to unforeseeable circumstances, local conditions, or operational requirements (e.g., flight time changes, hotel substitutions to similar category). If ICL is required to make a significant change (e.g., changing the destination or significantly reducing the tour length), the Client will be offered the choice of accepting the change, accepting a comparable alternative tour (if available), or receiving a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled service.
Booking
To secure a booking, the Client must complete the designated booking form and submit a non-refundable initial deposit as specified by ICL for the chosen tour or service. Bookings are accepted and confirmed only when ICL issues a written confirmation invoice. ICL reserves the right to decline a booking without giving any reason. Early booking is always recommended, especially for popular or peak-season tour packages.
Prices and Payment
Prices
All prices quoted are based on the costs prevailing at the time of quotation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and the full deposit is paid. Once the full payment is received, the price of your confirmed tour will not be subject to any surcharge unless required by governmental action (e.g., taxes).
Payment Schedule
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (amount specified per tour) is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The outstanding balance must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- Late Booking: For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation by the Client, and cancellation charges will apply. Payment methods accepted will be specified on the invoice.
