• Only the most recent itinerary provided by our office shall be considered valid, superseding any previous versions or website information.  

• Tour programs will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment covering the tour cost and all applicable taxes based on the final confirmed itinerary.  

• ICL Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. assumes responsibility only for confirmed packages that have been finalized, paid for, and officially communicated to the client.  

• Details regarding payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund procedures will be specified in your final quotation.  

• Information published on our website cannot be used as the basis for disputes or claims. Only the final written confirmation from our office constitutes a binding agreement.  

• Customers must directly contact our office to receive their final, personalized itinerary confirmation and official quotation.

• By proceeding with a booking request based on any package displayed on our website, customers acknowledge understanding that:
